The rebrand comes 4 years right after US-headquartered Industrious– now a unit of CBRE– gotten homegrown The Great Room in May 2022. CBRE acquired full control of Industrious in January 2025.
The Great Room also presently runs two places in Sydney, Australia; 2 in Bangkok, Thailand; and one in Hong Kong.
The Great Room currently operates seven places in Singapore, including workspaces at One George Street in the CBD, Ngee Ann City on Orchard Road, and Raffles Arcade on North Bridge Roadway.
