Weave Living opens two flagship properties in Singapore
The real estate is located inside 10 mins’ stroll of Marine Parade MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line. It is also close to leisure and lifestyle centres such as East Coast Park, Joo Chiat and Katong.
Hong Kong-headquartered Weave Living currently has 3 real estates in Singapore. Its first is Weave Suites – Midtown, a 65-key property on Jalan Sultan, that opened in 2023. Weave Living and SLB Development had jointly gotten the property, previously called Hotel Clover, for $74.8 million in 2022.
“With the introduction of Weave Residences– East Coast and Weave Suites– Hillside, we are increasing luxury and serviced living, giving a brand-new standard of living and flexibility that fulfill the different requirements of today’s contemporary tenant,” says Sachin Doshi, creator and group CEO of Weave Living, in a Feb 10 press release.
The property was formerly known as Citadines Mount Sophia. A shared venture comprising Weave Living and global property supervisor Blackrock acquired the real property in February last year for $148 million.
The property is Weave Living’s very first pet-friendly location in Singapore and provides amenities on-site including a resort-style pool, gym, barbecue pit, and a family-friendly park.
The building lies near Orchard Road. It is also within walking distance of the Rochor, Bencoolen, Dhoby Ghaut and Bras Basah MRT Stops, providing connectivity to the Downtown, North East, North-South and Circle Lines.
Weave Residences – East Coast, nestled on Still Roadway, makes up 93 self-contained houses, varying from studios to two-bedroom apartments and penthouses with personal pools. The residences, which are open for reservation, have a starting rate of $3,700 per month, with a minimum six-month stay.
“Our objective is to satisfy the needs of people and family members searching for more than simply a place to live– through these brand-new debut we aim to supply an encounter that enhances their lives,” says Doshi.
Weave Suites – Hillside is readied to launch in March with commencing rates from $199 per night with a minimum six-night stay or $4,480 each month.
Facilities at Weave Suites– Hillside contain a fitness center, yoga center, outside terraces, and open-concept receptions. There are also co-working areas, private meeting rooms, and recreation areas complete with a games room, karaoke studio, and a theatrette.
On The Other Hand, Weave Suites – Hillside lies on Wilkie Road in the Mount Sophia enclave. It includes 175 suites ranging from open-plan studios to one and two-bedroom layouts.
Rental accommodation service provider Weave Living has opened two new front runner properties in Singapore, situated in the East Coast and Mount Sophia spots. According to the group, the dual release belongs to its continued growth in Singapore and across the broader Asia Pacific place.
